Complete redesign of the interior of a penthouse apartment in St James’s Square, in one of only two residential blocks in the square. Extensive negotiation with Westminster Planning was required, resulting in a new 360 degree roof terrace and roof light bringing light down through the open-tread stair void.  A back-lit gallery wall connects the two sides of the apartment, at the same time concealing storage and services. Working closely with the client, high-specification finishes were selected throughout the three-level apartment.
